Pre-Event Package Pick Up

Location: TransRockies Warehouse: #3 - 135 Commercial Drive, Calgary

  • 1:00pm - 7:00pm: Package Pick Up for all distances

Friday, July 2nd
Pre-Event Package Pick Up

Location: Badlands Community Facility (80 Veterans Way, Drumheller)

  • 4:00pm - 8:00pm: Package Pick Up for all distances and Expo

    • look for the registration tent

  • 5:30pm: Women's Ride

    • meet under the finisher arch

  • 6:30pm: Optional Pre-Event Meeting and Q and A for 163km and 100km distances

    • main stage

Women’s Ride
The Women’s Ride is a 40-minute very easy, “no drop” group ride. Led by experienced cyclists, this ride is aimed at meeting other women with the ability to ask any of your questions about cycling to the group leaders.

Optional Pre-Event Meeting
Come join race director, Richelle Love and course captain, Ryan Blondia as they explain the details of the event, go over course details and answer any questions you may have.

Bike mechanics will also be on-site for emergency repairs, NOT tune ups - this should be done before you arrive in Drumheller

Saturday, July 3rd
163km and 100km Event Day

Location: Badlands Community Facility (80 Veterans Way, Drumheller)

  • 6:00am - 8:30am: Late Package Pick Up for 163km and 100km distances

    • onsite by the start line (look for the registration tent)

  • 6:00am - 8:00am: Breakfast (PARTICIPANTS ONLY)

  • 6:00am - 7:00am: TCR Sport Lab and TR Mechanics on-site for any emergency bike repairs

  • 6:45am: Call to start for all 163km

  • 7:00am: 163km Ride Starts

  • 7:30am: Call to start for 7:45am 100km riders

  • 7:45am: 7:45am 100km Ride Starts

  • 8:15am: Call to start for 8:30am 100km riders

  • 8:30am: 8:30am 100km Ride Starts

  • 9:00am: Call to start for 9:15am 100km riders

  • 9:15am: 9:15am 100km Ride Start

  • 12:00 am - 4:00 pm: The Accomplice Band playing in Beer Gardens

  • 12:00pm - 4:00pm: Lunch, Beer Gardens and Expo

  • 4:00pm: Course closes for ALL DISTANCES

  • 5:00pm - 7:00pm: Package Pick Up for 75km and 50km distances

    • look for the registration tent

  • 6:30pm: Optional Pre-Event Meeting and Q and A for 75km and 50km distances

Sunday, July 4th
75km and 50km Event Day
